Vie scolaire is the link between students, parents, the teaching team and management.<\/p>\n<p>Its members, the Education Assistants, work under the authority of and in collaboration with the Education Advisor<\/p>\n<p>Their main tasks are:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the supervision and security of the pupils and the premises,<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure compliance with the School Rules,<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Report any incidents to the parents after the intervention in order to calm the situation<\/li>\n<li>Management and follow-up of absences and communication with the CPE on delicate situations<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and disseminating information to the classes<\/li>\n<li>Carry out the administrative tasks entrusted to them<\/li>\n<li>Help with personal work, homework, in correlation with their personal skills<\/li>\n<li>Supervision of student movements, boarding school, school restaurant<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of the study hours<\/li>\n<li>Educational supervision and listening to middle school and high school students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Missions of the Education advisor :<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>The CPE, placed under the authority of the head teacher, is responsible for the organisation and running of the \"Vie scolaire\" team. In this capacity, he\/she defines and coordinates the services and tasks of the various staff under his\/her authority:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>supervision and organisation of the activities of the team of educational assistants,<\/li>\n<li>ensure the safety of the students,<\/li>\n<li>monitor student absenteeism,<\/li>\n<li>relationship with families,<\/li>\n<li>animation of the life of the establishment,<\/li>\n<li>setting up living, study and working conditions for pupils,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Within the teaching team, the CPE :<\/p>\n<p>collaborates with the teaching staff,<\/p>\n<p>participates in class councils where he is involved in the monitoring of pupils,<\/p>\n<p>participates in the monitoring and guidance of pupils,<\/p>\n<p>has direct relations and contacts with pupils on a collective level (class or group) and on an individual level (behaviour, work, personal problems, etc.),<\/p>\n<p>has a real perception of the daily life of the pupils and their difficulties,<\/p>\n<p>promotes the integration of students.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is a facilitator who contributes and promotes :<\/p>\n<p>- the development of socio-educational animation by contributing to the elaboration of educational and socio-cultural projects,<\/p>\n<p>- support for pupils in learning citizenship,<\/p>\n<p>- assistance in the process of consultation and participation of pupils in representative bodies.<\/p>\n<p><b>Our school values\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respect, refusal of discriminations of any kind, freedom, trust and citizenship are fundamental values at EIPACA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They are part of the school daily life and they prevail in every situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These values \u200b\u200bare fully integrated into students\u2019school life, from their earliest years until the end of their schooling at EIPACA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learning to live together and respect each other despite their differences is part of future citizens curriculum.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students are encouraged to be curious about the world around them to be able to demonstrate autonomy and valuable judgement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tackling bullying and cyberbullying<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fighting against bullying and discriminations is a school priority.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every student has the right to come to class with confidence free from mockery, bullying or denigration of any kind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respect for everyone is fundamental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ecoleinternationalepaca.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Phare-300x239.jpg\" width=\"172\" height=\"137\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26664 alignnone size-medium\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ecoleinternationalepaca.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Phare-300x239.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ecoleinternationalepaca.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Phare.jpg 456w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 172px) 100vw, 172px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>PHARE: NATIONAL PLAN TO PREVENT AND FIGHT AGAINST BULLYING<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">In every school in France, 2 years ago, PHARE was created to prevent and deal with bullying and cyberbullying.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">PHARE: At EIPACA: A team of adults and of students ambassadors are trained to talk about bullying. Main goals: Detect, prevent and solve<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Team PHARE organises activities in the classroom, information evenings with parents, and awareness-raising and mobilisation events throughout the school year.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">The adults of team PHARE also act individually by talking to victims, bullies and their parents.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">You can contact PHARE at: <a href=\"mailto:racyn.phare@gmail.com\">racyn.phare@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Parents, pupils and staff can also call a national number: 3018 for advice on bullying and cyberbullying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Who are we?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>At EIPACA, the \"Vie Scolaire\" team is composed of five education assistants and a senior education advisor. Two educational assistants work part-time and four educational assistants work full-time. The educational assistants work during the day, but also in the evening and at night in the boarding school, where they ensure that everything runs smoothly.
