Student Mobility Programme<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

The student mobility programme with European Schools will take place in 2025-2026 according to the guidelines.
There will be an information meeting for S3 and S4 parents and students on Thursday 8th<\/sup> January 2026 at 5.15pm in room S37 (Secondary).<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is possible to request an exchange (Student mobility programme) with any other European School (subject to approval by both Directors) as follows:<\/p>\n

The length of the exchange can be from 5 weeks to one semester:
S4: for justified reasons (4-6 weeks)
S5: First semester of S5 ONLY <\/strong>(to include first semester Btests at host school)<\/p>\n

You must choose 3 schools to apply to, and we will send your request (after 30th January) to each of the 3 schools.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students must provide a motivation letter<\/strong>\u00a0and the school also sends a report.
Subjects studied in Manosque<\/strong>\u00a0must\u00a0be continued<\/strong>\u00a0at host school.
Parents pay all<\/strong>\u00a0travel\u00a0costs<\/strong>\u00a0and costs associated with exchange (lunches, transport, books, etc)
We only organise <\/strong>direct exchanges<\/span><\/u><\/strong> i.e. an EIPACA family hosts a student and their child stays with the guest student\u2019s family.\u00a0 Host families<\/strong>\u00a0are normally arranged via the\u00a0parents\u2019 associations<\/strong>. This is the most difficult part to organise<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Based on previous experiences,\u00a0EIPACA will not accept that two students of the same class go to the same European School at the same time<\/strong>. In case of \u201cconflict\u201d, the board will arbitrate in all fairness and transparency with the families.<\/p>\n

Each Host School nominates a Mentor (S4 and\/or S5 Form Teacher) and a Contact Person.<\/p>\n

As all of the mobility\/exchange applications for the next school year need to be totally processed (i.e.\u00a0Host schools and Host families found<\/u>) by the end of\u00a0April<\/u>,\u00a0the application deadline<\/strong>\u00a0is\u00a030th January<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For the exchange in S5 \u2013 it must be a school that offers exactly the same courses and options as the first semester will be spent there and the second semester here.\u00a0 L1, L2, Maths must be the same.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n

The application form must be completed and returned as part of your application. \u00a0The applications will be discussed with the Director and pedagogical team before we will make a request to the host school.<\/p>\n

Please note that we will not take any application after the\u00a030th January\u00a0<\/strong>deadline, nor incomplete applications.<\/p>\n

When the exchange is confirmed, we will be asked you to fill out additional forms, as well as the paperwork required by the host school. Due to the different health protocols in the hosting countries and host families, you must agree to abide by the rules that are in force for the entirety of the exchange.<\/p>\n
